Guest guest
I made some iced tea using orange juice last night and then came across this recipe using apple juice. Its a good alternative to the usual hot drinks. Laura Apple Mint Tea Ingredients 3tbsp fresh mint leaves 1 lemon, zest only 2 Ceylon tea bags 570ml/1 pint boiling water 400ml/14fl oz unsweetened apple juice 1 lemon, juice only 20 ice cubes 4 sprigs mint 4 slices lemon Method 1. Place the mint leaves, lemon zest and tea bags in a warmed china teapot and pour the boiling water over the top. Leave the tea to infuse for 20 minutes. 2. Remove the tea bags and pour the tea into a serving jug. Add the apple juice, lemon juice and 10 ice cubes. Place the remaining ice cubes in four glasses and pour over the iced tea. Garnish with the mint sprigs and lemon slices.
