1) What is your name or what would you like to be called?

 

I like to be called PT or affectionately only, troll.

 

2) How old are you (roughly)?

 

I think I am 38. I can never remember my age.

 

3) Where do you live (city/country)?

 

Oregon currently.

 

4) How long have you been a vegetarian/vegan, or how long have you

been

interested in cooking vegetarian food?

 

I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. I don't know how long I have been

one, but it has been a long time. I have been a meat abstainer for

practically my whole life or as soon as I was able to have any say

in the matter. Never did like the stuff (red meat, etc), but would

tolerate

chicken, turkey and fish. Eventually, I just stopped eating those

as well.

 

5) What is your favourite food or meal?

 

Something that is served to me that I don't have to

cook or clean up after. *lol* I enjoy cooking but I do it

alot so the treat of being invited to dine elsewhere on

delicious vegetarian food is a real treat.

 

6) Why did you join the group?

 

I like Laura and I was curious about her group. I must say it

looks very nice here. I found the link to this place on her

signature.

 

7) Is there anything specific you want to get out of the group?

 

I am always looking for health and wellness ideas and reduced

calorie menu items.

 

8) Tell us a few of your favourite things.

 

Raindrops on roses, and whiskers on kittens,
