January 1, 2003: 145 lbs.January 24, 2003: 138 lbs.No changes other than cutting dairy & eggs from my diet (part of my newyear's resolution). Eating the same as I have been otherwise (i.e.abstaining from a lot of useless snacks) & exercising the same I have been,I've lost 7 lbs in the last three weeks! 13 lbs to go to my the top of mytarget weight goal! Can't tell you how good it felt to finally step on thescale yesterday morning & finally see that I'd broken the 140 mark for thefirst time in I can't remember how long. :-)Cheese & eggs had been my biggest dietary weakness; thank god for theuncheese cookbook! :-) Don't think i could ever call myself a full-fledged vegan legitimately, becuase I love the leather jacket that mom & dad gave me 15 years ago. :-) But at least i can say dietary vegan or vegetarian who's cut dairy & eggs from her diet. :-)Megan

Good move, Megan. In a slimmer group, I think 7 lbs in 3 weeks is cause for a celebration!!
