Guest guest Posted January 21, 2003 Report Share Posted January 21, 2003 Thought i'd share this: Today's dinner: vegetable stir fry - broccoli, sweet red pepper, onion, babycorn, courgette (zuchini?), mushroom and spring onion. Cooked with 2 tsp olive oil, to get it started, lemon juice, garlic, green chilli and ginger! mmmmmm It was delicious and is very low in fat. I served it with thin rice noodles.
