HI Laura

I'd really like the links you mentioned above, esp. the one

concerning the explanation of why its good for your health. I'm

taking an aerobics class through school that meets 2 times a week, so

I have to attend. Exercise usually does wonders for my stress levels.

However, lately, I just feel consumed with anxiety, and more problems

being added to the heap. I also feel like I'm losing the battle of

the bulge, which doesn't help. Thus, any suggestions in dealing with

stress I have yet to consider will be greatly appreciated.
