Guest guest Posted January 17, 2003 Report Share Posted January 17, 2003 Hello guys, just a quick message to say hi and i bet you're all glad its Friday! I know i am! I've had a bit of a sinful day and am out drinking tonight so i'm afraid i'm not setting a good example. I'm planning on being much more strict with myself now though. I think i need to be, so tomorrow i'm going shopping for salad and meditteranean vegetables. I think where my diet falls down is my lunch at work. Canteen food is so stodgy and greasy, the only veg sandwiches they have are usually egg which i don't like or really thick sliced cheese. I often take in my own sandwiches but then am tempted to snack on all the biscuits and chocolates that people bring in coz my lunch is so boring. So i've decided i need to make better lunches! I've been reading posts on other sites about lunch ideas and alot of them were very good, but quite a few were high in fat like peanut butter. So here's the challenge i put to you all... find some vegetarian lunch ideas which can be easily taken to work and are low in fat! I'm starting to look tomorrow.
