Hi Everyone,

I decided to stop lurking and join in! I've only been vegetarian for about two years now. (Well, less really, since i gradually cut out meat and fish from my diet) I

try to follow the Ornish diet.

I've belonged to a fitness club for about a year and a half. I do weight resistance training there three times a week. I also ride a exercise bike at home and do crunches every day without fail.

I've lost 95 pounds so far, and still want to lose from 5 to 15 more pounds. I've

been told i look like a totally different person from what i looked like before.

Hey, does anyone have good low calorie/low fat rice recipes? Maybe rice casseroles?

I'm looking forward to some interesting info from this group.

Thanks for your intro Patti. Its good to have you here. It sounds

like your weight loss plan has worked really well, and all that

exercise is great. I really should follow your example. I'll see

what low fat rice recipes i can find for you. So, welcome tto the

group and i hope you enjoy it here.
