Guest guest
I sent an e-mail yesterday asking for suggestions and criticism of the health and wellness consequences of eating 3 ozs of chicken a month as a natural source of B12, among other things. Then when I got the suggestions and criticisms back I got ticked off because some of them appeared to be holy and self-righteous about eating 3 ozs of chicken--but no one talked about the health and wellness aspects. Perhaps I owe a second apology to the group. I asked for criticism and I should be man enough to take it.
