" Some words that are put together like that have no useful meaning. " Vegan " has a specific meaning that's in common use around the world. People who " eat meat " are NOT " vegan. " Get real!! People who eat meat aren't even vegetarians unless you add a modifier to the front of the word. Even your use of " condiment " doesn't make " vegan " work the way you seek. With you still eating meat on a regular basis, you can just barely say that you're " practically vegetarian.
