Vitamins

Everyone seems to be spouting opinions here and I'd

like to add mine. A vegetarian diet has more vitamins

and nutrition than the Western diet. The trick is to

eat a wide variety, including greens, whole grains,

beans, fruit, squash, potatoes, peas, etc.
