Guest guest Posted January 7, 2003 Report Share Posted January 7, 2003 Hi everyone I must agree that keeping a food diary really helps me in being considerably more conscious of the what I am eating in a day, week, etc. I like using fitday.com, which is an online food diary. It's free, but what I really like about it is that it also allows you to input your activities and exercise. It even calculates what you are eating and you can look and see oh on this day 25% of my calories came from fat or I received 30 grams of protein in this meal. I know fitday prob isn't for everyone, but for someone like me who wakes up and goes to her puter, it's been wonderful.
