Guest guest
Perhaps I should apologize for my earlier posts. I too got off track over the holidays and I am angry with myself and angry at having to face temptations, distractions, misinformation and insanity in the world around me to keep my program. If I sound angry, perhaps I am. Perhaps I am being too hard on myself, and thereby, too hard on others. Frankly, the most important thing to me is to get myself back on my program of diet and exercise and stay on. I've come to the point that the only thing I care about is whether or not I'm on my program. I'm not concerned about all the tact and courtesy that humans show to each other--I'm concerned only about staying on my program. Thus, I'm going through a stage where I am tough on myself and tough on others. No offense intended.
