Crunchy Sprout Stir Fry

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons oil or butter

2 cloves garlic -- crushed

6 green onions -- chopped

4 carrots -- grated

4 zucchini -- grated

2 cups mung bean sprouts -- rinsed and drained

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons light soy sauce

2 cups alfalfa sprouts

 

Heat butter in pan. Add garlic and onions and cook until soft. Add carrots,

zucchini and mung bean sprouts; stir fry until just soft. Stir in juice and

sauce, cook 1 minute. Stir in alfalfa and served immediately.
