Guest guest Posted May 25, 2001 Report Share Posted May 25, 2001 This can be wok'd on grill... * Exported from MasterCook * Crunchy Sprout Stir Fry Recipe By :Australian Women's Daily Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tablespoons oil or butter 2 cloves garlic -- crushed 6 green onions -- chopped 4 carrots -- grated 4 zucchini -- grated 2 cups mung bean sprouts -- rinsed and drained 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons light soy sauce 2 cups alfalfa sprouts Heat butter in pan. Add garlic and onions and cook until soft. Add carrots, zucchini and mung bean sprouts; stir fry until just soft. Stir in juice and sauce, cook 1 minute. Stir in alfalfa and served immediately.
