Guest guest Posted May 25, 2001 Report Share Posted May 25, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Jalapeno Roll-Ups Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces cream cheese 2 jalapeno peppers or 1 4 oz can chopped green chiles -- (to 3) finely chopped 10 large flour tortillas 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons taco or picante sauce In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, peppers and taco sauce until blended. Lay a tortilla out flat and spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on it. Then, tightly roll up tortilla (like a jelly roll). Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 hours. Repeat with remaining tortillas. After refrigeration, unwrap rolls and slice in about 1/4 " thick slices. Serve with salsa for dipping. Makes about 80 to 100 roll-ups.
