Guest guest Posted May 18, 2001 Report Share Posted May 18, 2001 here's another idea - of warm pasta wilting salad greens and veggies * Exported from MasterCook * Pasta Salade Tiede Recipe By :Roz Denny's Ultimate Vegetarian Cookbook Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 ounces pasta shells -- or other shapes 3 tablespoons vinaigrette dressing 3 tablespoons snipped sun-dried tomatoes in oil 2 scallions -- sliced 2 sprigs or more watercress or arugula -- chopped 1/4 cucumber -- halve, seed, slice salt and black pepper 1 1/2 ounces Pecorino romano cheese -- coarsely grated Boil the pasta, drain and toss in the vinaigrette. Mix in the sun dried tomatoes, onions, cress or arugula and cucumber. Season to taste. Divide between two plates and sprinkle with cheese.
