Onion-Flavored Rice Mix - The Convenient Vegetarian

4 c white rice -- uncooked (can use brown)

1/2 c vegetable broth powder

1/2 c dried onion flakes

1/4 c dried parsley

1 tsp salt

 

In a jar with a tightly fitting lid, mix all ingredients.
