Ginger Vinaigrette - TCV

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/4 c rice vinegar -- or cider

1/2 c canola oil

2 tbsps soy sauce

1 tsp herbes de Provence

1 tbsp minced ginger -- or pickled ginger

1 tbsp orange juice, frozen concentrate

1 garlic clove -- pressed or minced

 

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tightly fitting lid. Shake well to

mix.

NOTES : Although this recipe calls for rice or cider vinegar, you can give
