Lemon-Dill Rice Pilaf - TCV

2 c cold water

1 c lemon-dill rice mix

1 tbsp olive oil

 

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add Lemon-Dill Rice mix and

olive. Return to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, covered until all water

is absorbed, about 40 minutes.
