Cream of Potato Soup - TCV

6 c water

2 1/2 c cream of potato soup mix

freshly squeezed lemon juice -- optional

 

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat, and while

stirring, add cream of potato soup mix. Return to very low heat, and cook

just to heat through, 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice, if

desired.
