Corn Chowder - TCV

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 c water

1 1/4 c cream of potato soup mix

1 c frozen corn -- drained (or canned)

1 c cooked cubed potatoes

15 ozs cream-style corn

salt and freshly ground black pepper -- to taste

 

In a soup pot, combine all ingredients. Cook over very low heat just to

heat through, 3 to 4 minutes.
