Balsamic Vinaigrette with Mustard - TCV

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 c olive oil

1/4 c balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon -- or 1 tsp dried

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp sugar -- optional

 

Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tightly fitting lid. Shake well

to mix.
