Basic Onion-Flavored Rice - The Convenient Vegetarian

2 c water

1 tbsp margarine

1 c onion-flavored Rice mix

 

In medium saucepan, combine water and margarine; bring to a boil. Add onion

flavored rice mix, and return to a simmer. Cook, covered, over medium-low

heat until all water is absorbed, about 20 minutes for white rice or 40

minutes for brown.
