Place biscuits on a wire rack and allow to cool completely. When cooled, cut each biscuit into 3 pieces. Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine undrained pineapple, undrained apricots, and Splenda. Stir in biscuit pieces. Evenly sprinkle coconut over the top. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Mix gently before serving.
