Paradise Fruit Cobbler

1 7.5 oz package Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice -- undrained

1 16 oz can apricot halves in juice -- undrained

1/4 cup Splenda or Sugar Twin

2 tablespoons flaked coconut

 

Bake biscuits according to package directions. Place biscuits on a wire rack

and allow to cool completely. When cooled, cut each biscuit into 3 pieces.

 

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared

container, combine undrained pineapple, undrained apricots, and Splenda. Stir

in biscuit pieces. Evenly sprinkle coconut over the top. Cover and cook on low

for 2 hours. Mix gently before serving.
