Italian Hot Dog Spaghetti

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups broken uncooked spaghetti -- (full cups)

1 16 oz package vegetarian hot dogs -- cut into 1/2 " pieces

1 1/2 cups diced unpeeled zucchini

1 cup shredded carrots

1 8 oz can tomato sauce

2 cups hot water

1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 teaspoons Splenda or Sugar Twin

 

Spray a slow cooker container with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. In

prepared container, combine uncooked spaghetti, hot dogs, zucchini, and carrots.

In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, water, Italian seasoning, and Splenda.

Pour sauce mixture over spaghetti mixture. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6

hours. Mix well before serving.
