Additions to the menu: If this is to be a leisurely dinner, you may

consider serving Mung Bean Sprout and Mushroom Spring Rolls (see separate

recipes) as an appetizer. Have frozen vanilla or fruit nonfat yogurt or

nondairy frozen dessert on hand to serve with the Amaretto Strawberries.

 

Contains no eggs or dairy products, unless frozen yogurt is used with the

dessert. Use a nondairy frozen dessert if you wish to keep the meal

dairy-free. Waist-watching mothers will appreciate this light, colorful

meal, in which the presence of asparagus and strawberries announces that

spring has really arrived.
