Guest guest Posted May 10, 2001 Report Share Posted May 10, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Broccoli And Tofu Sauté Recipe By : Simply Vegan by Debra Wasserman, page 103 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Soyfoods Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup vegetable broth 1 bunch broccoli -- chopped (stems included) 1 inch ginger root -- grated 2 cloves garlic -- minced 3 scallions -- chopped 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce 1 pound tofu -- crumbled (Serves 4) Sauté all the ingredients, except tofu, until broccoli is tender. Add tofu and stir-fry 5 minutes longer. Serve with brown rice.
