In prepared container, combine cabbage, apples, and onion. In a small bowl, combine water, vinegar, and Splenda. Add water mixture to cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine. Drop margarine by teaspoons over top. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Mix well before serving.
