Country Sweet-Sour Cabbage

8 cups shredded cabbage

1 1/2 cups cored, peeled & diced cooking apples

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup hot water

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/2 cup Splenda or Sugar Twin

2 tablespoons reduced calorie margarine

 

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared

container, combine cabbage, apples, and onion. In a small bowl, combine water,

vinegar, and Splenda. Add water mixture to cabbage mixture. Mix well to

combine. Drop margarine by teaspoons over top. Cover and cook on low for 3 to

4 hours. Mix well before serving.
