Corn-Tomato Pot

1 28 oz can diced tomatoes -- undrained

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 cup chopped onion

3 cups frozen whole kernel corn -- thawed

1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Twin

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

 

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared

container, combine undrained tomatoes, green pepper, and onion. Stir in corn.

Add Brown Sugar Twin, parsley, and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover

and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Mix well before serving.
