Banana-Peanut Butter Smoothie

1 banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter (no sugar, salt, or oil

added)

2 teaspoons maple syrup

6 ounces lowfat vanilla soy milk

8 ice cubes

2 tablespoons Naturade Vegetable Protein Powder,

optional

 

Put all the ingredients into a blender with 1/4 cup water and puree until

smooth.

 

Description:
