Barbara's Kale Cream Sauce Over Pasta

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pound pasta -- cooked and drained

1 tablespoon soy margarine

2 tablespoons whole wheat flour

1 cup soy milk

3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1/2 teaspoon basil -- to 1 tsp

1/2 teaspoon thyme -- to 1 tsp

1/2 teaspoon dill -- to 1 tsp

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder -- to 1 tsp

salt and pepper -- to taste

10 ounces frozen kale

 

Heat all ingredients (except pasta) together in pan over medium heat,

stirring often, until kale is done. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and

serve.
