Guest guest Posted May 7, 2001 Report Share Posted May 7, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Scrambled Tofu And Bok Choy Recipe By : Simply Vegan by Debra Wasserman, page 96 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Soyfoods Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 teaspoons oil 1/2 pound bok choy -- chopped (stems and leaves) 12 snowpeas Shake black pepper 1 small onion -- minced 1 teaspoon turmeric -- (optional) 1 pound tofu -- crumbled 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce (Serves 4) Sauté all the ingredients except the tofu and tamari or soy sauce for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and tamari or soy sauce and sauté 2 minutes longer. Serve hot for breakfast or lunch.
