Garbanzo Bean Burgers (Vegan)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups cooked garbanzo beans -- mashed

1 celery stalk -- chopped

1 carrots -- chopped

1/4 small onion -- minced

1/4 cup whole-wheat flour

salt and black pepper

2 teaspoons oil

 

Mix ingredients - except oil in a bowl. Form 6 flat patties. Fry in oil pan over

medium-high heat until burgers are golden brown on each side.
