Oat Nut Burgers (Vegan)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2/3 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup chopped walnuts

1 large onion -- chopped

3 celery stalks -- chopped

2 carrots -- grated

1/4 cup whole wheat pastry or unbleached white flour

1/4 cup water

salt and pepper

 

Mix the ingredients together and season to taste. Shape into 6 burgers and fry

10 minutes over medium heat on each side until brown and the carrots are cooked.
