Add liquid from potatoes and remove from heat. Arrange LOMA LINDA Swiss Stake in 13 1/2 x 8 3/4-inch casserole dish. Cover with sautéed mixture. Place potatoes around Swiss Stake. Bake at 350º F for 25 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
