Spicy Chili Mac

1 10 oz package Morningstar Ffarms® Grillers Prime Veggie

Burgers -- thawed

1 cup chopped onions

2 cloves garlic -- chopped

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies

1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 12 oz package tri-color pasta -- cooked

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup reduced fat sour cream

1/2 cup sliced green onions

 

Cut MORNINGSTAR FARMS Grillers Prime Veggie Burgers into pieces. Set aside.

 

In large saucepan, sauté onions and garlic in oil over medium heat. Add

tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and chili powder. Cook and stir

occasionally until mixture starts to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Add Veggie Burgers and pasta. Continue cooking about 5 minutes or until

thoroughly heated. Serve hot, topped with cheese, sour cream and green onions.
