Boil uncovered for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer uncovered for another 15 minutes. Remove from the stove and cover the pot for 10 minutees. Add the garlic, ginger, wine, and tamari to the rice. Mix thoroughly and cover an additional 5 minutes before serving. Description: " This high-flavored, lowfat rice goes well with every imaginable stir-fry and teriyaki dish. Try serving leftovers the next day, steamed with Tahini Sauce drizzled over it.
