Tahini Sauce

1 cup tahini

2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce

1/3 cup rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

3 tablespoons fruit juice concentrate, apple or white

grape

 

In a large bowl or container, using an electric handheld or regular blender,

puree all the ingredients together with 1/2 cup of water. Store, covered, in

the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

 

Description:

" This smooth sesame-flavored sauce will impress friends who are used

to the store-bought versions. Try it on vegetable burgers and wrap

sandwiches. "
