Add the string beans and cook for 1 minute to blanch. Rinse under cold water and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, including the string beans, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss well and serve on chilled plates. Set another plate over the tofu and top with a heavy object to remove excess moisture, for about 30 minutes. Slice the tofu lengthwise in 4 equal slices. Place in a shallow Pyrex dish. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the remaining ingredients. Pour over the tofu. Marinate the tofu for 15 minutes, turning several times to coat. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, sear the tofu slices for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Description: " You'll be surprised at how incredible this tastes.
