CREAMY CRANBERRY SOYSICLES

The concentrate used to make these prettY

popsicles is a blend of

grape -- cranberry, and

raspberry Juices, plus sweetener and

vitamin

1 c. You may substitute sweetened cranberry -- raspberry, or

strawber-

ry concentrate.

 

12 ounces frozen cranberry punch concentrate

1 12-ounce package silken tofu

 

In a food processor or blender, combine ingredients and

process 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth. Pour into popsicle

molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid.

PER 1/3-CUP PORTION: 59 CAL (9% from fat). 2g PROT. 1g FAT, 12g CARB,

1Omg SOD. Omg CHOL, O.4g Fiber
