In a large nonstick skillet, combine shoyu or soy sauce, sweetener, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. 2. Stir in soybeans and raise heat to high. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, and boil until liquid is reduced and beans are coated with a thick glaze, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and place beans on a plate to cool.
