STRAWBERRY SOY YOGURTSICLE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3/4 cup fruit-flavored soy yogurt

3/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

2 tablespoons maple syrup

 

In a food processor or blender, combine ingredients and process

1 to 2 minutes, until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, insert

sticks, and freeze until solid.

PER :1/3-CUP PORTION: 30 CAL (8% from fat), 1g PROT, <1g FAT, 6g CARB, 2mg

SOD, Omg CHOL, 0.3g FIBER.
