LEMON SOYSICLE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 package silken tofu -- (12 ounce)

1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

 

In a food processor or blender, combine ingredients and process

1 to 2 minutes, until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, insert

sticks, and freeze until solid.
