Cool, peel and cut into strips. Soften dried tomatoes in hot water then drain. Cut the MORNINGSTAR FARMS Spicy Black Bean Burgers into small pieces. In a food processor, puree the roasted red pepper strips, sun-dried tomatoes. Add burger pieces, pepper sauce and garlic. Process until thoroughly blended. Chill. Serve with chips or vegetables.
