Italian Porcupine Balls

1 9.5 oz package Morningstar Farms® Tomato and Basil Pizza

Veggie Burgers -- thawed

1 egg -- slightly beaten

1 10.75 oz can condensed tomato soup

1/2 cup finely chopped onions

1 cup cooked rice

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

 

Cut MORNINGSTAR FARMS Tomato and Basil Pizza Veggie Burgers into pieces. Set

aside.

 

In medium-size mixing bowl, combine egg and 1/4 cup of the tomato soup. Add

Veggie Burgers, onions, rice and parsley. Portion and shape into 8 balls.

Place in large fry pan.

 

In a small bowl, combine remainder of soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.

Pour over balls. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Reduce

heat, cover and continue cooking 15 minutes. Serve hot.
