Guest guest Posted April 21, 2001 Report Share Posted April 21, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Green Bean Cheese Potato Pie Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Morningstar Farms Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 10 oz package Morningstar Farms Grillers Prime or Grillers Veggie Burgers -- thawed 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns -- thawed 2 cups frozen French-cut green beans 1 10.75 oz can Cheddar cheese soup 1/2 cup milk 1 2.8 oz can French fried onions -- divided 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Cut Morningstar Farms Grillers Prime or Grillers Veggie Burgers into pieces. Set aside. Coat bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate with vegetable cooking spray. Evenly line plate with hashbrowns. Bake at 450ºF about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 350ºF. Combine veggie burger pieces, green beans, soup, milk, cup of the onions, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Place mixture in hot hashbrown crust. Top with cheese and remaining 1/2 cup onions. Bake at 350ºF about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
