Country Breakfast Casserole

1 8 oz package frozen Worthington® Prosage® Links

4 cups french bread cubes

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/3 cup sliced green onions

3 tablespoons diced red peppers

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 12 oz can evaporated skim milk

1 cup Morningstar Farms® Scramblers®

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

paprika

 

Combine WORTHINGTON PROSAGE Links, bread, mushrooms, onions and red pepper.

Place in shallow 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with

cheese. Set aside.

 

Mix together milk, SCRAMBLERS, salt, mustard, pepper and garlic powder. Pour

over bread mixture. Cover with foil.

 

Bake at 350º F about 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 10 minutes

longer or until center is soft set. Let cool 10 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled

with paprika.
