Corn Casserole With Breakfast Strips

1 5.25 oz package Morningstar Farms® Breakfast Strips

1 4 oz carton Morningstar Farms® Scramblers®

1 8.5 oz package corn muffin mix

1 1.2 oz package ranch dressing mix

2 tablespoons margarine -- melted

1 cup fat-free sour cream

1 16.5 oz can cream-style corn

1 13 oz can Mexi-corn

1 cup low-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese

 

Preheat oven to 350º F.

 

Prepare MORNINGSTAR FARMS Breakfast Strips per package instructions. Break into

bite-size pieces. Set aside.

 

Thaw MORNINGSTAR FARMS SCRAMBLERS per package instructions.

 

In a large bowl, combine muffin mix and ranch dressing mix. Stir in MORNINGSTAR

FARMS SCRAMBLERS, margarine and sour cream, until moistened. Add cream-style

corn and Mexi-corn.

 

Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle cheese and breakfast strip

pieces evenly over top.

 

Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
