Chili Bean Dip

1 16 oz can vegetarian refried beans

1 20 oz can Natural Touch® Chili

1 cup fat-free sour cream

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup finely chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese -- (4 ounces)

tortilla chips -- (optional)

fresh vegetables -- (optional)

 

On a large serving plate, evenly spread refried beans, then top with chili, sour

cream, lettuce and tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerate until ready to

serve. Serve with low-fat tortilla chips and fresh vegetables, if desired.
